<p>Nohutları bol suyla yıkayıp suyunu süzün. Üzerine su ekleyip 1 gece bekletin. Suyunu değiştirip yumuşayıncaya kadar haşlayın. Su ve et suyunu kaynamaya bırakın. Tuz ve erişteleri ekleyerek yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirin. Nohutları ekleyin ve 15 dakika daha pişirin. Bir kasede yoğurt ve unu iyice karıştırın. Çorbanın suyundan 1 kepçe kadar ekleyerek çırpın ve bunu çorbaya yavaş yavaş ekleyerek karıştırın. 15 dakika pişirin. Ayrı bir tavada tereyağını eritip nane ile karıştırın ve çorbaya ekleyin. Sıcak servis yapın.</p>

<li>Süt, irmik ve toz şekeri bir sos tenceresine alın. Sürekli karıştırarak pişirin. Süt kaynamaya başladığında portakal kabuğu rendesi ve tereyağını ilave edin. Tereyağı eriyinceye kadar karıştırıp ocaktan alın. Muhallebinin yarısını streç film ile kaplı bir kek kalıbına yayın.</li>
<li>Kalan muhallebiye kakao ekleyip karıştırın ve diğer muhallebinin üzerine yayın. Muhallebiyi buzdolabında bir saat dinlendirin. Dinlenen muhallebiyi bir servis tabağına ters çevirin.
